Yaniv Ofek

Our founder

Yaniv Ofek brings two decades of experience in litigation, corporate negotiations, and high-stakes dispute resolution. A Chevening Scholar, he holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an M.A. in Security, diplomacy & Negotiation from Tel Aviv University. Yaniv has led his own law firm since 2008; Previously He served as Legal Counsel to the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office, advised Israel’s National Security Council, and researched at the Institute for Counter-Terrorism. He has guided multinational corporations through mergers, commercial agreements, and labor disputes and negotiations.
