Since 2005, he has taught negotiation at HHL, combining cutting-edge research with hands-on training for business leaders. As a consultant, Prof. Smolinski advises companies on high-stakes negotiations and dispute resolution, with cumulative deal volumes reaching into the billions of euros. His work bridges theory and practice, delivering both academic insight and measurable business outcomes. Prof. Smolinski is the Co-founder of INTRA – International Negotiation Teaching and Research Association; and the co-Founder of TNC – The International academic championship of negotiation for graduate Students.
