Jennifer Jordan
Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior, IMD
Jennifer Jordan is a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. At IMD, she leads the Women on Boards and Leading Digital Execution programs, in addition to designing and delivering various custom leadership programs. Her expertise spans power dynamics, influence, leadership transitions, and ethical leadership – informing her research, teaching, and consulting work.
Before joining IMD, Jennifer held a professorship at the University of Groningen in The Netherlands and was a lecturer at both the Kellogg School of Management and the Tuck School of Business in the United States. Her research has been published in leading management and psychology journals, and she serves on the editorial boards of two academic publications.
In 2019, Jennifer was recognized as one of Poets & Quants’ Top 40 Under 40 MBA Professors worldwide and was a nominee for the prestigious Thinkers50 Radar Award. She holds a doctorate and two master’s degrees from Yale University.
