Department of OSINT (Open-source Intelligence)

The OSINT Department at Tariyos is responsible for extracting precise information and intelligence on individuals and organizations using legal open sources. Its findings form a critical layer within the broader negotiation architecture. OSINT insights contribute to shaping the overall negotiation strategy.

The department is led by Tzahi Gavrieli, former Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Strategic Affairs. Tzahi led Israel’s campaign to counter reputational threats through OSINT-based strategies, drawing on his experience as founder of RepShield, using cutting edge technologies countering reputation attacks.

Psychological Profiling Department

This department provides deep psychological insight to support negotiation planning and decision-making. Using advanced methodologies in behavioral analysis and profiling, it helps decode counterpart motivations, predict responses, and shape influence strategies.

Operating with discretion, the team draws on extensive experience in clinical psychology, intelligence analysis, personal profiling, and high-stakes interpersonal dynamics—offering Tariyos clients a distinct edge in the human dimension of negotiation.

Strategic Planning & Negotiations Department

This department is the core of Tariyos — where insight becomes action. Here, OSINT, profiling, and strategy converge into an operational line—building negotiation architecture, mapping leverage, and deploying expert negotiators when the stakes are highest.

The department is headed by Yaniv Ofek, Tariyos’ founder, a seasoned strategist with deep expertise in structuring complex, high-pressure negotiations. With background spanning intelligence analysis, commercial advisory, and negotiations, Yaniv combines sharp analytical thinking with field-tested execution. He specializes in turning uncertainty into a strategic advantage, bringing a disciplined, insight-driven approach to every negotiation table.

Global Expansion Department

Tariyos’ Global Expansion Department helps companies navigate the legal, operational, and cultural complexities of international growth. From entity setup to global HR infrastructure, the department provides strategic guidance for scaling teams across borders in a compliant and sustainable way.

It is led by Yearit Schneider, LLB, MA, a certified compliance officer and global expansion strategist with deep expertise in international labor law and cross-border HR operations. Ms. Schneider has robust experience in the U.S., EMEA, and beyond, drawing on her work as founder of SmallWorld Global.
